Ani Ledodi - "I am to my beloved"

Shofetim | Deuteronomy, Devorim | 26 August 2025 - 2 Elul

This discourse was said on the eve of Rosh Chodesh Elul, in the week of Sedra Shofetim, in 1972. It discusses the verse from Song of Songs (6:3) 'I am to my Beloved, and my Beloved is to me' which Rabbi Shneur Zalman explains as giving a guide to our relationship with G-d in the special month of Elul, and leading up to Rosh Hashanah and then Yom Kippur.
