Vayetze | Genesis, Bereishit, Bereishis | 13 November 2018

The Rebbe taught this discourse on Shabbat Vayetze in 1964. Jacob's dream of the ladder is compared by the Sages to Nebuchadnezar's dream of a statue, with a head of gold but feet of clay. This leads to a profound discussion on the nature of evil: that at it's source it stems from good.
