The Rebbe taught this discourse on Shabbat Beha'alotecha in 1964. The Sedra begins with the idea of kindling 'lights'. The discourse explains these are two kinds of Light: a Divine light which shines to each Jew, and the light of each individual which, so to speak, shines to G-d.
