The Splitting of the Sea as a personal experience for every Jew, not only a historical event, drawing on the Lubavitcher Rebbe's teachings. The insight is that accessing the spiritual dimension of Torah is each person's own Splitting of the Sea, leading back to the Garden of Eden state of unity with G-d.
