This discourse was delivered by the Rebbe on Shabbat Sedra Kedoshim, 5728 (1968). The laws of Orlah in the Sedra describe fruit trees whose produce is forbidden for three years, holy in the fourth, and abundant in the fifth, carrying a spiritual message about gradual ascent. The discourse reveals how the stages of the Orlah law correspond to levels of spiritual refinement, culminating in reaching the highest level of holiness where Divine abundance flows without restraint.
