The Megillah Is Read

Vayikra | Leviticus, Vayikra | 5725

This discourse was delivered by the Rebbe on Purim, 5725 (1965). The Talmud discusses the various dates on which the Purim Megillah may be read, and the discourse uses Chabad teachings to show how the dates from the 11th to the 15th of Adar correspond to different letters of the Divine Name. This reveals a hidden spiritual structure within the Purim celebration, connecting the reading of the Megillah to the full unification of the Divine Name.
